Michelle Ingrosso is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an expertise in mood disorders, anxiety, anger management, and relationship counseling. She helps students, executives, and entrepreneurs find balance and success in all aspects of their lives including career, relationships, and personal fulfillment.
Michelle received her B.S. in psychology and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami. She completed her graduate training at the University of Miami's Institute for Individual and Family Counseling and at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida. Since graduate school, she has completed intensive specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and Imago relationship therapy, among others.
Employing a direct and driven approach to therapy, Michelle focuses on goal-based counseling that empowers her clients to create change in their own lives. She works collaboratively with her clients to identify what success means to them in an open, safe, and understanding environment. Depending on her client’s unique needs and goals, Michelle seamlessly transitions between therapy and coaching, providing both emotional support and actionable guidance. She has a broad range of experience working with people struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, family conflict, anger management, caregiver concerns, behavioral issues, and much more.
Born and raised in Italy, Michelle leverages her multicultural background to deliver compassionate support for clients from diverse cultural experiences. She provides services in both English and Italian.
